When a site get hacked, the server will be in danger, and in any case a site get hacked and it brings down the entire server, the customer will have to be responsible for all the losses.

Yes, we provide daily, weekly and monthly backup. Each of the days, the backup will backup at midnight when the traffic is low. It is not real time backup. We can’t perform real time backup, it is because if we were to perform real time backup it will make the server too busy and it might affect to the traffic coming into your website. We only have your backup copy with the recently that is during midnight when the backup is running.

We have firewall and intrusion detection system. However, customer’s site is all script based and we were unable to troubleshoot all the scripts on the server. Therefore, customer will have to be responsible for the scripts they put on their website. In any case the server was compromised due to a script in a customer’s site; the customer is liable for the damage done to the server.
